These terms govern your use of Downly. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, please do not use Downly.
By accessing or using Downly, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, including any future updates. We may revise these terms from time to time and will update the date shown at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept it.
You may use Downly only if you can form a binding agreement with us and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Downly is a free tool that fetches publicly available Instagram media from a link you provide and helps you save it to your device. It streams content on demand, adds no watermark, requires no account and stores neither the media nor your submitted links.
You agree to use Downly only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, and to respect the rights of creators and Instagram's own Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for the links you submit and for how you use any content you download.
You must not use Downly to access private, restricted or non-public content; to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; to break any law; to redistribute, resell or commercially exploit downloaded content without permission; or to abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to circumvent the service's security or rate limits.
All downloaded content belongs to its original creators and rights holders. Downly claims no ownership over it and grants you no rights to it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content, and for using it only for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, contact us at aviralyadav224@gmail.com.
Downly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell or reverse-engineer the service itself, or remove any notices from it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every link will resolve, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a given piece of content can be downloaded — availability depends on Instagram and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Downly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any misuse of downloaded content by you or a third party. You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Downly is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram™ and all related names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, or restrict access for anyone who abuses it or breaches these terms, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms as described above.
